everyone grows differently.

Everyone grows and heals in their own way—there’s no one-size-fits-all path. Some changes come slowly, like roots taking hold underground. Others show up suddenly, like a wildflower popping up after the rain.

That’s why I aim to offer a range of therapy approaches to meet you where you are. This page gives a quick look at the different ways we can work together, so your healing feels like yours.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you notice and shift unhelpful patterns in how you think, feel, and act. It’s practical and goal-oriented—kind of like learning to talk back to your inner critic and choose more supportive thoughts. If you're feeling stuck in anxiety, depression, or habits that aren’t working for you, CBT can help you build tools to respond in new, healthier ways.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

DBT is all about balance—holding space for both acceptance and change. It can be especially helpful if emotions feel overwhelming or hard to manage. You’ll learn skills for staying grounded, handling stress, improving relationships, and navigating big feelings with more clarity and compassion.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

MBCT combines the practical tools of CBT with the grounding power of mindfulness. It’s especially useful for breaking cycles of anxiety or depression by helping you recognize unhelpful thought patterns early—before they snowball. Through present-moment awareness, you learn to respond to life more gently, rather than getting caught up in automatic reactions.

Compassion Focused Therapy

CFT helps you develop a kinder relationship with yourself—especially if you struggle with shame, self-criticism, or feeling like you're “not enough.” It draws on the science of how our brains handle threat and safety, helping you build inner strength and self-compassion so you can approach life with more confidence and calm.

Psychodynamic Therapy

This approach helps you understand how your past experiences—especially early relationships—might be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others now. It’s about increasing self-awareness and getting to the root of things, so you can make lasting changes. If you’re curious about the deeper “why” behind certain patterns, psychodynamic work can be a powerful path inward.

are you ready to enter the next, best season of your life?
